Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

  • Stop messages. Reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or fill out the form on the Unsubscribe page.

  • Delete. Request deletion of personal information at the same address. Some records may need to be kept where the law requires it.
  • Cookies. Adjust browser settings to limit or remove cookies.

California privacy rights

Children's privacy

The website is intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 18, and personal information is not knowingly collected from them. If information about a child has been submitted, contact [email protected] and it will be deleted.

Articles and offers may link to outside websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them. Reviewing the privacy policy of any site visited through a link here is a good habit.
